I visited pnb Saleem Tabari Ludhiana branch at 2.25 pm, but the security guard locked the door and stopped me from entering the branch saying that it was lunchtime from2pm to 3 pm and asking me to visit after 3 pm. I want to collect my cheque from the branch. I want to know from RBI authorities if lunchtime is allowed for banks why it should not be shown on the timing board where the timing hours of banks from 10 am to 5 pm are shown
I am from chandigar-most government offices and banks are of same condition my experience with PNB and SBI banks and offices throughout my life has been very bad , most of the time they are away from their seats and many times they are not bothered that some body is waiting them and most of the time their tone is in refusal mode, the whole system needs to be improved or privatised.
On the other hand private banks and offices have good environment and they are pleased to welcome you and also very informative and of course they do business out of you ant that is why the are progressing. Now this is high time that government bodies need to change otherwise public will forget them
I visited PNB Bhimtal, Nainital branch at 2:20 pm. Employees were having their lunch and the main door was closed, at 2:40 pm I entered into the bank, and the madam sitting on the chair disappeared having a phone call, and rudely told me to come after 3 pm. Is there anyone to tell me if bank employees are enjoying 1hour lunch break at PNB? Oh my god…
