Do you have an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank? You must have registered your mobile number and linked it to the account! Linking the mobile number to the account, you will be able to stay updated with the account.
You will receive the account updates to your registered mobile number via call or SMS. Steps to Change the mobile number in Kotak Mahindra Bank Online
Step 1: Open the official website of Kotak Mahindra Bank on your web browser for Net banking https://www.kotak.com/j1001mp/netapp/MainPage.jsp. Log in to your account using the CRN/Customer ID and the Password. Click on ‘Secure Login‘ button.
Step 2: You will require entering the 6-digit Dynamic access code that you received via mail and SMS, then click on secure login button.
Step 3: Once you get logged in to your account, on the home page, you will find Profile/Update Contact Details. Click on ‘Profile/Update Contact Details‘ tab. You will get navigated to a new page My Profile.
Step 4: My Profile contains the account holder’s personal information, contact details as well as other information. In the list, you will find Mobile Number section. To change the registered mobile number, click on Edit.
Step 5: You will get directed to a new page where you require entering the new mobile number you want to register replacing the old. After entering the new mobile number, click on ‘Submit‘ button.
Step 6: On the new page, you need to select any one of the options from the list, i.e., Validate via Debit Card details, Credit Card Details, Secret Questions, One Time Password or Aadhaar Number.
Select any one of the options and enter the details correctly. To validate the new number with the selected option, click on ‘Submit‘ button.
It takes around 24 hours to validate the new mobile number and register for the account. You will receive an SMS containing confirmation message about the change.
You will be able to change the mobile number only after seven days of the last update! Change the mobile number online and easily continue your services without service interruption.
