How To Know Your Customer ID in Syndicate Bank

Do you have an account with Syndicate Bank? Do you have access to the Internet Banking services? Internet banking services indeed offer excellent facilities and transaction options to the customers.

You also can remain updated with your account all the time. Get the internet services activated for your account if you haven’t done it yet.

To access the internet banking facility, you require entering the Customer ID, the Log in Password and the Transaction Password. Customer ID is provided at the time of opening the account.

You will receive the Customer ID in your Internet Banking Kit. If you have misplaced the customer ID, there are other ways to know your Customer ID in Syndicate Bank.

Three different ways to obtain your Customer ID in Syndicate Bank

#1 The Customer ID is an eight digit number that gets printed on the account holder’s passbook mentioned below the account number.

#2 You may dial the toll-free customer care number and ask your Customer ID number. You need to provide the account holder’s identity details for authentication purpose.

#3 If you don’t get the Customer ID from both these ways, the last option for you is to visit the home branch of Syndicate Bank where you opened the account.

Ask for the Customer ID or the new internet banking kit. You would require providing account holder’s details. Make sure to note down the Customer ID number and keep it safe for future use.

You won’t find the Customer ID in an old passbook, so it’s better to try other available options.

  2. We have my Grandmother’s Account with Syndicate Bank in Aligarh City. But unlike other banks or mainly SBI banks in Syndicate Bank, the concerned person needs to be physically present at the time of formalities and at the time of Receiving his/her Atm cum Debit Card. So, being in the above 80’s age she is not able to go along with me or anyone even by a four-wheeler at the time of amendment in Atm cards by RBI i.e replacing all the Magnetic strips Cards with the Use of EMV chips. But even after this, her old Atm Card used to work and withdraw money at some particular Atm Booths in Aligarh. But for Last 5-7 days at the same booth it is showing Transaction Time Out or in some Transaction decline with an error code, 092 pls kindly help us in this regard as bank officials always asked herself to come at branch even after giving authenticity and confidential Information.
