How to Register/Change Mobile Number in Yes Bank

Steps to follow to register or change mobile number in Yes Bank Account

  • Visit the home branch of YES Bank.
  • Meet the accounts executive or YES Bank’s 'Help Desk'.
  • Ask for the KYC Form or the Mobile Number Change Request Form.
  • Fill up the form and make sure to mention the information without any error.
  • Undersign the form.
  • Deposit the form along with the copies of the documents.

Note: You may require attaching self-attested copies of Identity Proof and Address Proof documents. Make sure to carry the copies as well as the originals for verification purpose.

To register your mobile number for SMS banking, type an SMS "YESREG Cust ID" and send it to the number +91-9840909000 from a registered mobile number with an account.

Registering the mobile number, you will receive the updates on your account immediately! You will get a notification via SMS on your mobile number whenever you make a transaction in your account, i.e., deposits and withdrawals.

You will also receive the updates on cheque clearance immediately.
