Step 1: Log in to https://bobcrm.bankofbaroda.co.in/onlinecomplaint. A page will open and you can see an option ‘Track Complaint Status‘ at the bottom of the page. Click here and you will be redirected to another page with a form.
Step 2: Fill it up by providing all the information correctly. You will be asked to fill up some of the basic information such as the Unique reference Id, registered mobile number, and email id.
Enter the Captcha correctly and click on Submit and this will show you the status of your complaint.
