  5. From customer service the password for e-statement was told as”date of birth eg (01) then first three letters of the month of birth with only first is capital, then exclamation sign (!), then last two digits of mobile number…
    But no file is opening…
    That password did not work.

    First of all check your email, they send the details, how to open a protected file.
