If you select the option of Security Question, you will have to provide the answer to the question displayed on the screen.
Note: The screen will display the security question which you selected while activating the Internet Banking Services.
Step 4: If you select the option of ATM Card, you will get directed to a new page where you need to enter the registered mobile number linked to the account.
Click on confirm button. You will receive an OTP which you need to enter in the provided box and confirm it.
Step 5: You will get directed to a new page where you need to enter the ATM Card Number, PIN, and the card’s Expiry Date.
Enter all details carefully and click on Submit button.
Step 6: On the next page, you need to enter the New Login password. Click on Submit button.
