  5. The Indian Bank Hanuman Bazar branch is the worst branch. Some staff members are rude to customers. They do not understand customer satisfaction. Some officers feel by sharing the mobile number or giving a visiting card to a customer is meaningless. That’s why customers are running to the bank unnecessarily for simple work. If one officer is absent the other on the seat is very reluctant to do the job. All are thinking things will happen just like that. Information flow is not happening. Very unfriendly atmosphere. Govt should take appropriate steps to close or hand over these banks to private players. For transferring a savings account it takes almost one month. Nobody is serious. The concerned CEO should take appropriate actions.

The toll no. one is not working but the other one 180042500000 is of no use after keep u waiting for 15 mts ur line gets cut tried in English/Hindi/Tamil service all same result, Home branch two lines r ringing no one answer from 10 am 4 pm, any complaint to cs of the Indian bank is being closed without solving our problem and if u want to check the status all u get is an error msg even the link they are sending to our phone is having server error problem, so total failure from all fronts, not at all public support service friendly only way left is to complaint to RBI or the ministry.

    • Worst bank ever I,e Imphal branch. zero discipline mannerless stupid staff Villian asst manager. rude towards the customer is its motto. it’s my big mistake that I let my sister open her account in this bank.
