  7. I lodged my grievances CW2512202119455801 on 25.12.2021 of rude behavior and unsatisfactory response to my query by dealing official while getting my FDRs en-cashed at the time of urgency on 221.12.2021. No redressal done by Bank till day.

  9. I am an account holder of PNB. I lodged a complaint on 11th October 2021. Bot no response till date.While checking the status on the website, getting the message “Service not available”. I am struggling with the PNB Jani branch since Feb21 to open my account, the account was opened on May 21 (whereas I deposited money on Feb21), to date I did not get my ATM and Internet banking details. Most of the time phones from the branch are not picked up. This is the condition of a big nationalized bank. Don’t know where to go and who will help.

    • I am having the same problem… It has been more than 3 months since I registered my new mobile number… I went to the branch more than 15times by taxi… I m going to block pnb account now… Better to open another bank

I am BIDYUT KUMAR MANDAL having PNB (DURGACHAK SUPPER MARKET BRANCH) ACCOUNT NO – 2314OOO110031552 HAVE been transferred of RS500 and RS25OO through UPI TO MY WON SBI (DURGACHAK SUPPER MARKET BRANCH – 1360) BUT TILL DATE EITHER THE MONEY BACK IN MY PNB ACCOUNT OR NOT DEPOSITED INTO MY SBI ACCOUNT AS I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED RS500 AND RS25OO TO A WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER IN THE SAME SBI BRANCH.
    I HAVE BEEN ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT AND GRIEVANCES AGAINST THE BRANCH MANAGER OF PNB (DURGACHAK SUPPER MARKET BRANCH) 0N TODAY ITSELF.

  16. Today I went to isanpur pnb atm. & withdrawn 10000 rs. Somehow atm stopped working at that time & I didn’t get my amount. & also got the msg of 10000 debited from my a/c. Still didn’t get that money back & customer care people are not answering properly & disconnecting the call directly.
