Step 3: After that, a new interface will open up before you. Now, you will have to book a “Ticket .”To do that, click on the “VIEW TICKETS” tab at the top right corner of the mobile screen. Then select your favorite language and click on the “CHANGE LANGUAGE” option. Finally, suppose you choose the English language.
Now, click on the “Money not refunded” option.
Step 4: You will receive a message from PhonePe, click on the “I want the refund sooner” option. After that, you will receive a message that a “Ticket number” has been created for you for further reference.
However, the PhonePe support team will arrange to refund the failed transaction amount within 24 hours. If still your deducted amount is not refunded within the next few days, then you can access this “Ticket number” under the “View Tickets” option at the top of the mobile screen and remind the PhonePe support team to do the needful.
2. Make a Call To Customer Care
In this method, you will have to call the PhonePe customer care service numbers: 02268727374 or 08068727374. After that, explain to them about your failed transaction, such as the date of the failed transaction, the amount, and the transaction ID.
Then the concerned Phonepe officials will manage to do the needful. By following this method, your failed transaction amount will be refunded to your bank account within a few days.
